CLOTHING & HOMEWARES:

We currently offer domestic shipping (tracked) within New Zealand at a standard rate of $10 (1-6 small items). For 7 and more items and larger garments, domestic tracked shipping is $14.

Also, you can pick up your order from Lower Hutt Te Omanga Hospice Shop free of charge: 

217 High Street, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt, 5010.

FURNITURE:

• Furniture delivery within Wellington area $80.00 per item. 

• Furniture delivery outside Wellington $120.00 per item.

• Furniture delivery to South Island $180.00 per item.

• If you’re in the Wellington area you can pick up your order from our Petone Hospice Warehouse free of charge: 476 Jackson Street, Petone, 5012 Building 19.

Please contact us for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE

• Orders placed on weekdays before 11am will begin processing same day, however orders that fall after 11am we will begin processing straight away but may not get picked up by our delivery drivers. Orders placed on Friday after 11 am NZT will begin processing the following Monday.

• Please allow couriers allow 2-5 days for delivery. (Please note that delays in courier times are out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide)

• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order from a Te Omanga Hospice store, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.

• Large - heavy or delicate items may incur an additional cost, this cost is noted in the description field.

• Unfortunately we currently don't offer international shipping.
